Gabe is the founder & CEO of Delta-V Talent. As a serial entrepreneur, he has co-founded multiple startups & played impactful roles at others.

His prior experiences include co-founding Talent Response (acquired in Oct. 2019), a bootstrapped startup that helped consulting firms, VC & PE shops, and acquisitive tech co's implement agile talent operating models. He has also played operator roles within companies large and small, oftentimes focusing on "build" areas where growth & talent strategy overlap. He has experience in op model redesigns and net-new business scaffolding across industries, from healthcare delivery & pharma/biotech to clean/climate tech & SaaS. His expertise lies in thinking through how talent can play value-adding roles in growth scenarios & then recruiting best-in-class talent to drive value within those scenarios. 

In his free-time, he's an ultra-runner who usually tries to run a few ultra races every year. He majored in economics at St. Olaf College and lives in Pennsylvania with his wife & family.
